Self-Development

 SPIRITUAL

Weekly Circle

We hold a weekly study circle which takes place every Saturday. It has now been running for over 15 years and we have around 50 sisters attending every week. It is a space for Muslim women to come together to refuel both spiritually and mentally for the week ahead.

Sisters are encouraged to mingle and get to know one another during the ever-popular tea break as this gives the perfect opportunity to develop a support network between the sisters. It is when we all get to know one another and become a part of the Marital Arts family.

We have covered tafsir of various chapters from the Qur’an, Seerah and many more topics over the years. Though shorter topics are covered over a term, longer ones can take up to a year, and this ensures an in-depth study and deeper understanding of the subject.

Annual Conference

Our Annual conference focuses on educating women on the issues affecting them. It seeks to empower them by giving tools to use for personal development and well-being of the family.

The conference invites Muslim women and Professionals to attend.

Ramadan Preparation Seminar

Our Ramadan Preparation seminar is filled with beneficial lectures and practical advice drawn from the Quran and the prophetic teachings which imparts spiritual, psychological and physical awareness to the Muslim women and directing them towards attaining a fruitful and successful month of fasting.

Ramadan Reflection

Ramadan is a time for reflection and self development. It is the month with the most potential for the heart to be present and receptive.

With this in mind, we hold our popular Ramadan Reflection course which aims to derive lessons and benefits from the Qur’an. The group comes together on a weekly basis to listen, recite and reflect on selected verses with the intention to implement for spiritual growth.
